Terms & Conditions
- Gift Vouchers for Nine’s Restaurant & Sports Bar (hereinafter: Voucher) entitle the holder to use all services offered at Nine’s Restaurant & Sports Bar, according to the value indicated on the Voucher.
- Vouchers are available in the following amounts: 100 PLN, 150 PLN, 200 PLN, and 500 PLN.
- Vouchers can be purchased directly at Nine’s Restaurant & Sports Bar or through the website.
- Each Voucher purchased online has a specified value and a unique code and is sent via email to the address provided during purchase.
- Vouchers purchased online will be sent within 1 hour of payment confirmation.
- Vouchers are single-use only.
- Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- If the full value of the Voucher is not used, the remaining amount will not be refunded.
- If the value of the service exceeds the Voucher amount, the Voucher holder may pay the remaining difference.
- Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance. The expiry date is indicated on the Voucher.
- Failure to use the Voucher within the validity period results in its expiration and does not constitute grounds for any claims against Nine’s Restaurant & Sports Bar.
- The Voucher must be presented to the staff before the issuance of the fiscal receipt.
- The Voucher may be presented in paper form (printed) or electronic form (on a mobile device screen).
- Purchasing a Voucher constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Voucher user declares that they have read and fully accept them.
- The terms and conditions for using Vouchers are effective from January 1, 2025, and are available at Nine’s Restaurant & Sports Bar:
